Hello again!

Hello again! I have such a hard time keeping up with this blog. We decided to get rid of the Internet at home. Since we did that, I didn't use the computer much. I sent it to the office with Matt so he could use it. I only get online once every week or every other week. Even then, it's usually for e-mail. If anyone has any good menu ideas for summer, please let me know! I'm having such a hard time coming up with good menus that we can use. I wanted to add some new pictures, but the computer is not agreeing, so I'll have to do it later.

Sorry it's been so long since we've written. There is really nothing out of the ordinary going on around here. I'll try to update more often with little things the children do. Here is a picture of us that was taken December 2007. For those family members that visit and didn't get a picture, we didn't buy very many due to the cost.

Retailers promoted Ramadan and Kwanzaa
In hopes to sell books by Franken & Fonda.
As Targets are hanging their trees upside down

At Lowe's the word Christmas - was no where to be found.
At K-Mart and Staples and Penny's and Sears
You won't hear the word Christmas; it won't touch your ears.
Inclusive, sensitive, Di-ver-si-ty
Are words that were used to intimidate me.

Now Daschle, Now Darden, Now Sharpton, Wolf Blitzen
On Boxer, on Rather, on Kerry, on Clinton!
At the top of the Senate, there arose such a clatter
To eliminate Jesus, in all public matter.

And we spoke not a word, as they took away our faith
Forbidden to speak of salvation and grace
The true Gift of Christmas was exchanged and discarded
The reason for the season, stopped before it started.

So as you celebrate 'Winter Break' under your 'DreamTree'
Sipping your Starbucks, listen to me.
Choose your words carefully, choose what you say
Shout MERRY CHRISTMAS, not Happy Holiday !
